For 70 years, the specter of Kubel's Pillory Disease has haunted the globe as a mysterious, incurable 'death sentence". This is a tale of the struggles of the two "Absolvers", in a family of three, who determined that the dreaded mortal illness afflicting the world was, in fact, a "curse", and propagated the method of its dispelling.
